Caveats & Limitations
  1. Data Replicator has been end-of-life, and you are encouraged to use Cloud Station to back up your data on PC or mobile devices.

Known Issues
  1. Cloud Sync might fail to perform initial sync with a Box.com account containing over 100,000 files.
  2. Due to Box.com API limitation, Cloud Sync is unable to track the files in a folder when it is copied or shared with another Box.com account . However, file changes that take place afterwards will be properly synced.
  3. Cloud Sync does not support folders that share the same name in Box.com.
  4. The current backup of SFR only supports single files smaller than 2GB. When a backup task contains files larger than 2GB, the backup result will report failure even though the other files smaller than 2GB are successfully backed up. Details can be found in the backup log.
  5. Packages could fail to install if the version is not the latest (Beta package is considered the latest version if it is available) due to the newly implemented Trust Level feature. If you see an error message showing that “This package does not contain a digital signature” when installing a package, you may temporarily lower the security level in Settings of Package Center to resolve this.
  6. Due to the change that Python is now built-in, packages use Python as the framework might not work normally. Reinstallation of the package could resolve this issue.
  7. Downgrading Audio Station package from DSM 5.1 beta version to former versions might result in browsing issues with personal libraries.
  8. It’s necessary to update DS cloud after upgrading to DSM 5.1 beta: the update will be available on the App store as soon as Apple review and certify the latest version.
